Services are free for all tenants.
- Tenants can obtain housing listings, financial support and locate housing the same day.
- Provide services for all tenants, regardless of barriers.
- Tenants can receive referrals to other services, organizations and agencies, such as assistance with acquiring finances and food.
Unbiased service delivery since our only focus is to assist people to obtain affordable and stable housing through our registry.
The HHRC will assist their tenants so that they can possess the skills necessary to maintain housing. This may include mediation, developing money management skills, discussing interactions with landlords and other tenants and transportation issues.
The HHRC office is open from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday to Friday. The online service is available 7 days a week, 24 hours a day.
Tenants are able to receive the service at their convenience.
They can:
