Youthab helps individuals obtain and maintain the three essentials for quality of life: housing, good mental health and employment.

Under the Youthab umbrella of services are the Career Edge Employment Programs, the Community Mental Health Counseling Program and three very specific Housing Programs: the Transition Home Program, Cooperative Housing, and the Hastings Housing Resource Centre Program.
Today, through our various programs and a dedicated staff of over 50 professionals, we provide confidential, professional services to over 10,000 people per year in the 6 communities we service in the Greater Quinte area.

Three Oaks Foundation provides services to women who are victims of domestic abuse. Three Oaks offers a 24 hr residential service for women in transition, individual and group counseling in the shelter and in the community, a 24 hr crisis line court support, a program for children in residence and public education seminars.

Red Cedars Shelter is a 16 bed shelter that is a secure safe drug free facility for women and children, victims of domestic violence. Maximum stay 6 weeks. Must be 16 years old to attend.

Provides emergency housing to abused women and their families. Also provides advocacy, life and budgeting skills and counselling. Residence is in Napanee.
