The QRCH provides housing, case-management services and supportive housing to individuals who have a severe and persistent mental illness. Apply by phone or walk in, no appointment necessary. There is a waiting list for all services. |

Providing residential and vocational support for developmentally challenged adults or persons with acquired brain injures. Supports can include 24 hours staffing or staffing assistance based on the number of hours needed; supported employment; counselling; respite care for families under stress. Also provide a psychiatric clinic on site once a month- referrals made by family physician. Waiting list depending on vacancies, ability to provide support, funding and costs.
Psychiatric clinic- no cost ( covered by OHIP and Pathways).
